Two for One

Take a break one Wednesday and allow Pat to speak to your students. Pat will arrive on Wednesday and  spend time assessing your Student Ministry. In preparation, he will send a short questionnaire to be completed that will help promote conversation & evaluation. You will have time to discuss the state of your Student Ministry. Pat will evaluate your philosophy of student ministry; present attendance; parenting ministry; publicity; and your volunteer team process (recruiting & training). A fresh pair of eyes and a new perspective is often times all that is needed to gain a renewed vision and excitement for the future of your Student Ministry. If desired, Pat can  spending additional consultation time either before or after the Wednesday night program.
